Club Membership Fees and Dues (effective July ‘07)
Equity amounts are refundable membership interests. Activation Fees are one-time non-refundable fees that apply to properties that are eligible for membership, but do not currently have one. Transfer fees are one-time non-refundable fees new owners pay to transfer memberships into their name. While I make every effort to maintain accurate pricing on my site, please confirm membership fees and dues with each property’s membership office.
